There is some data saying that there may be some benefit to doing ovarian suppression using gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists or antagonists. However, these have been very small studies and there are some conflicting data as well. So it’s not very clear how useful ovarian suppression is, in terms of preserving fertility. So at this point, I cannot say that we would recommend doing ovarian suppression. We would need to do further studies in order to delineate whether it would be a good option for these patients or not.
