Sarah, Survivor
My primary concern when I was going through the chemotherapy and trying to deal with cancer was not fertility. I wasn’t thinking about it much. My primary concern was just getting better and figuring out, you know, what I needed to do, which is just really give control over to the doctors and just trust that they were doing the right thing. Which they did, I had wonderful doctors and nurses who always answered all of my questions, so I mean really my primary concern was just getting better and doing it in the shortest amount of time that I possibly could, because chemotherapy is really tough, and it was really difficult on my body. I definitely had some hard times. I mean, after—I only went through six treatments, and after the third one I was just, I was ready to be done.
