Alcohol use? What we know about alcohol use is that men who use mild or moderate amounts of alcohol—they don’t seem to have much negative effect on sperm production and sperm function, but heavy use of alcohol leads to hormonal changes and also direct negative effects on sperm itself. So heavy use of alcohol should definitely be curtailed.
